Aurora Nia Pratiwi
Aurora is the founder of ANC, she has extensive expertise in corporate law in Indonesia and Singapore. She has been handling cross border transactions in South East Asia for many years.
Aurora in cooperation with iDea, the Indonesian E-commerce Association, was involved in creating a legal framework and road map for e-commerce regulations in Indonesia in co-operation with the Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Communication of the Republic of Indonesia.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Telecommunication of the Republic of Indonesia, Aurora was also actively involved in reviewing the Indonesian data protection legal framework.
In 2013 Aurora advised the Biggest Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia involving China's largest state owned company, China Huadian Corporation and Indonesia’s largest state owned mining company, PT Bukit Asam.
Aurora has been involved in numerous due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions, and has vast experience in dealing with government authorities including the Ministry of Trade and the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal – BKPM).
She also prepares legal due diligence reports, provides various legal advice, and has assisted major clients in a number of high-profile transactions.
